Here are 2 very easy and simple processes, by following them you can activate about any version of Microsoft Office for free. So without any further ado lets get started.

NOTE: This blog is for educational purposes only.
Before starting this process you you have to turn off your Windows 10 Defender.

(Just go to Virus & Threat Protection Setting then Manage Settings and turn off Real-time Protection or if you use any Anti-Virus software, just disable it during the whole process.)

  • Turn off the Real-time protection.

Using a Batch File

It supports only
  • Microsoft Office Standard 2016
  • Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016

1. Copy the text for Here

2. Open Notepad and Paste the all copied text there.

3. Then save it with name 1click.cmd (batch file).

4. Right click on the file and run it as an Administrator.

Wait for some time and it will activate your Office if not just restart your computer.

Now check your Product Information in Office, you will see an activated product.

Using KMSPico

NOTE: It supports almost all versions of Office. But it will work only if you have not yet opened MS Office after installation, otherwise you will have to re-install MS Office again and then continue as below.

1. Go to your browser and download KMSPico. It is small but very handy tool to activate your Windows or Office, lifetime for free. Click download Here

2. It will download a compressed file on your PC. Extract it (I am using winRAR for extraction, if you don't have winRAR just download and install it fom Here).
Password  IS 12345 (May be Changed at that moment)

3. After extracting the file, open the extarcted folder and run KMSPico it will open a installtion Wizard. Install it as indicated.

  • Click Next.

  • Accept the agreement.
  • Click Next again.
  • Wait for some time to finish installation and then close it.

Office Activation

4. Then go to the the Drive on you have installed KMSPico (usually C drive). Go to the Program files then KMSPico and open the following file, as indicated.

5. It will open a new window 

  • Click the Red Button. 

  • After a few seconds, Office will be activated if it is not just restart you computer.
